Change is the only thing that is constant...

I was thinking of something melodramatic to write to minister as my second blog here. But perhaps my dreary mind could not concieve of anything other than "Change"( "Mutation"-"Metamorphosis"-"Alteration") but then again I thought Change has always been melodramatic for me hehehe. So I thought, Why Not.... Why not write about it... Now, how to start it... Something appropriate.. nyahaha
"Change is the only thing that is constant" or so they say. I kept hearing that these days but perhaps I never really understood it or perhaps I never noticed that change has already passed me by. Is it bad or good?? Or am I asking the wrong question?? Change has been of great deal for me for these past days. Drastically I held witness to changes in other people specially to the people that I call friends. And a lot of these changes appeared to be not in my enthusiasm. No need to emphasize hehehe. Im not really whinning, but crap!! I just dont know how to handle these kind of dire and extravagant transformations.
But then, a vivid thought in the midst of my conciousness, though rough but concrete, seems to make itself visibly clear [for the sake of redundancy haha]- "growth is never possible without change". As what kuya Mike Serapio said in one of his talks: "Being Stagnant is not good.." Perhaps now I have grasped the idea that for without progress there will be stagnation and decay.
But change for the sake of change is not good. Change for the sake of pleasing others is not healthy. Change for the sake cause others think you need to change is not commendable. I believe, to be precise, that change should start from within. It should start not abruptly but in a slow pace. It should be at your own concent.
It should be balanced then. Between what should be and what is. Between old and new. Between tradition and innovation. IT SHOULD BE BETWEEN PERMANENCE AND CHANGE!! NEVER CHANGE ALL THE WAY!!!
